Financial details were not disclosed.
Braskemâ??s range of AM materials to date has included PE and PP filaments, some with carbon and glass fibre reinforcement as well as plastic granules and powder. The market for 3D printing offers enormous potential, said Jason Vagnozzi, commercial manager of Braskem's additive manufacturing division. He cited forecasts that says the market for 3D printing will grow by 20% annually and reach a volume of USD 78 bn (EUR 74 bn) in 2030.
