Piovan Group brings recycling and circular economy solutions to Greenplast

From May 3 to 6, 2022, Greenplast, the first edition of the fair dedicated to environmental sustainability, energy efficiency and circular economy in plastics and rubber industry, will take place at Fiera Milano in Milan. Piovan Group, with its brands Piovan and Energys, will be there to present its complete range of innovative systems for recycling and circular economy.

Piovan (hall 14, booth 22) will showcase InspectaBe, the analyser designed to detect benzene in finished products - sheets and bottles - or semifinished products - granules or preforms - with various percentages of rPET. For the first time, the Easypure odour removing system will be on display at the stand. This solution allows a significant improvement in the quality of the recycled material by removing the low boiling substances that can generate undesired smells.

Particular attention will be paid to dosing technologies: visitors will have the opportunity to see Quantum Q12, the high precision gravimetric batch blender suitable for all application environments. In addition, regarding feeding solutions, visitors may see the C100S vacuum receiver. This receiver is suitable for common materials but also available in configurations for abrasive ones or those that must be conveyed at high temperature.

Visitors will see both the Piovan supervision software for the digital factory, Winfactory 4.0, and the Winenergy system for energy consumption monitoring, through a demo version. Furthermore, with the support of virtual reality, visitors will also have the opportunity to experience a complete PET bay including the new generation dryer for rPET, GenesysNext, and the Inspecta analyser.
